Zimbabwe: RBZ Lifts Suspension On Lending Providers By Banks

The Reserve Financial institution of Zimbabwe (RBZ) has, with fast impact, lifted the non permanent suspension on lending providers by banks.

In a press release, Tuesday, RBZ governor, John Mangudya, stated the u-turn on the lending suspension is not going to apply to entities beneath investigation.

Banks and corporations had criticised the transfer, indicating that it threatened sustenance.

Causes for the change of thoughts haven’t been defined.
