Valerie Amos appointed to the Order of the Garter – •

Baroness Valerie Amos, born in Guyana in 1954, has been formally appointed to Britain’s oldest and most senior Order of Chivalry. 

College Faculty Oxford Grasp Valerie Amos was chosen by the Sovereign to affix the distinguished Order of the Garter, established by King Edward III almost 700 years in the past.
