The Vegan Nigerian: Sticky Malt Pudding

Components 

1 and three/4 cups self elevating flour

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp baking soda

1 cup brown sugar

Methodology

Mix flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, baking soda, salt, brown sugar and margarine. Combine till it resembles bread crumbs.

Pour the batter into evenly greased/lined muffin or pudding trays. 

Bake within the oven (center shelf) at 180C for 25 minutes.
