CAPE TOWN – The Passenger Rail Company of South Africa (Prasa) on Wednesday mentioned that it might oppose former group CEO Zolani Matthews’ pressing court docket software following his dismissal.

The rail company has confirmed that it has been served with an pressing software instituted by Matthews who’s searching for to interdict his already finalised termination of employment.

Matthews was appointed in February however was suspended final month after it emerged that he had been denied safety clearance by the State Safety Company, which was a requirement of his employment contract.
