Recognizing the necessity that exists for artists, significantly Black and Brown artists, to achieve entry to sources that help their studying, planning, networking and development, the Caribbean Cultural Middle African Diaspora Institute (CCCADI) is inviting artists of the African diaspora to use to grow to be a part of the third cohort of the CCCADI Digital Evolution/Artist Retention (DEAR) Fellowship. 

 The DEAR Fellowship is an expert growth lab designed to present collaborating artists and humanities practitioners the chance to attach, mirror, and strategize in a neighborhood of friends dedicated to development and adaptation.
