MTN Rwanda has chosen its longtime accomplice, Ericsson, to deploy a Community Operations Centre (NOC). The five-year contract will assist MTN Rwanda to deal with enhancing client expertise via Ericsson’s Managed Providers answer that can ship an automation-driven Data Expertise (IT) operation.

Ericsson will present NOC for a spread of MTN Rwanda’s functions and the corresponding IT Infrastructure to assist important enterprise segments and improve operational effectivity.

MTN Rwanda and Ericsson’s Partnership

The Ericsson Managed Providers contract to run the NOC with MTN Rwanda is the newest milestone of their long-term strategic partnership. MTN Rwanda chosen Ericsson because the accomplice to launch its GSM cell system networks with Core and Transmission options in 1998. In 2009, MTN Rwanda launched its 3G community via Ericsson and in 2013 launched Ericsson’s Cellular Cash platform.
