Lt. Governor Geoff Duncan introduced the formation of the Interim Legislative Examine Committee on Excellence, Innovation, and Know-how at Traditionally Black Faculties and Universities (HBCUs).
Chaired by Sen. Sonya Halpern (D – Atlanta), the examine committee is tasked with inspecting methods the state can assist development at HBCUs and promote entry to high-demand industries for upcoming graduates.
