SEPTIEME Gallery, Paris, and Cotonou, Benin will showcase African and Afro-diasporic artists at the upcoming 1-54 New York art fair. This is the only art fair dedicated to contemporary and modern art from African and Afro-diasporic artists. The exhibition aims to expand the audience outside of the local Chelsea and Tribeca areas. SEPTIEME Gallery works with a diverse selection of rising African artists. As such, we are in for an exciting and dynamic presentation at the fair.

The Gallery hasn’t announced the artists that will be presented at 1-54 New York. However, their participation in past fairs has highlighted up-and-coming African artists. The artists have shown an impressive mastery of painting, conceptual art, and sculpture. The gallery has served as a platform for young artists to showcase their work to an international audience.
