Dillard to host Day of Service in Gentilly neighborhood on Saturday, August 13

Dillard College will host a “Day of Service: A Gentilly Communiversity Mission,” on Saturday, August 13, at 9 a.m., in Pontchartrain Park. Over 400 incoming freshmen will conduct group service initiatives that can include group gardening, distribution of meals containers, and a tour and cleanup of Pontchartrain Park, which was not too long ago positioned on the Nationwide Register of Historic Locations.
